Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented T&M Tickets Data Entry Specialist to support our operations by accurately entering, tracking, and maintaining Time & Materials (T&M) tickets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring proper billing, cost control, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from across departments (project management, time-and-material tickets, equipment tracking, etc.).
- Accurately enter Time & Materials (T&M) tickets into excel
- Review T&M tickets for completeness, accuracy, and required approvals
- Verify labor hours, equipment usage, and material quantities against supporting documentation
- Coordinate with field supervisors, project managers, and accounting staff to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of T&M tickets
- Ensure timely processing of tickets to meet billing deadlines
- Assist with job cost tracking and reporting as needed
- Follow company procedures and confidentiality standards
Required Skills
- Previous data entry or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology (labor, equipment, materials) is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Working Conditions:
Office Environment – sitting at a desk, physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, or typing. Ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally.
