Sepal AI runs research studies to set professional benchmarks for frontier AI companies. These study participants submit in-depth work samples, case studies, and occupational benchmarks to help improve the accuracy and quality of generative AI models. Your role as a reviewer would be to make sure those submissions are accurate, complete, and follow protocol – all while providing sensible feedback to professionals across a wide range of disciplines. RESPONSIBILITIES *Monitor participant submissions for precise guideline compliance *Evaluate work quality against established benchmarks *Give constructive feedback to study participants to improve data-quality *Protect data integrity for downstream AI research through periodic audits and analysis MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * English fluency * Legally eligible to work and located in the U.S. * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. university (Master's or higher in relevant discipline preferred) * Laptop or desktop with reliable high-speed internet * Available minimum of 10+ hours per week * Tech-savvy with messaging, video calls, collaborative docs, and file uploads * Able to follow detailed written instructions and work independently EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS * Skilled at reviewing complex written or analytical work for clarity, accuracy, and compliance * 5+ years full-time experience in a detail-oriented field: -Law (attorney, legal editor, compliance officer) -Finance (investment banker, equity analyst, risk manager) -Editorial (newsroom or technical editor, managing editor) -Consulting, product management, or similar high-analysis roles -Other roles with a clear and compelling fit story WHY JOIN AS A REVIEWER * $50-80 hourly rate (based on fit) + bonuses (paid bi-weekly on approved hours) * Fully remote and asynchronous; work highly flexible hours as long as deadlines are met * Join a community of experts from diverse backgrounds working to make AI safer and more reliable ABOUT SEPAL AI Sepal AI equips leading AI teams with expert-grounded data for faster, safer, and smarter model development.
