About the Role
Majors Law Group is an established 30+ person Arizona law firm building something beyond traditional legal practice. We are developing Bankruptcy.ai — a SaaS platform designed to transform how consumers access and navigate the bankruptcy process. We need one attorney who can sit at the intersection of law, technology, and product development.
This is not a traditional associate position. No billable hour targets. No conventional partnership track. You will help design, build, and scale a real legal technology product from inside an operating law firm.
What You'll Do
— Translate bankruptcy procedures into scalable automation logic — Define legal requirements for the Bankruptcy.ai platform — Ensure legal accuracy of automated workflows and outputs — Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement — Work directly with engineers and product teams daily — Architect legal workflows into repeatable SaaS systems — Evaluate and integrate AI tools into legal processes — Contribute to platform roadmap and feature development
Skills & Mindset We're Looking For
— Strong systems-thinking and process-optimization mindset — Genuine interest in AI, legal technology, and SaaS platform development — Ability to translate legal procedures into scalable workflows and automation logic — Technical fluency and comfort collaborating with developers and product teams — Entrepreneurial, innovative, and solution-oriented approach — Familiarity with bankruptcy workflows, consumer law, or legal automation is a plus — Programming, API, automation, or product-development experience preferred but not required
This Role Is Not
✕ Litigation-heavy or courtroom-focused ✕ Billable-hour-driven ✕ A traditional associate track ✕ A pure technology or IT role ✕ A startup with funding risk ✕ Entry-level with no real ownership
Compensation
— Base salary: $90,000 — Performance-based bonus — Bar dues and CLE: 100% firm-covered
