Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning & AI Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing advanced machine learning models and AI solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, TensorFlow, Hadoop, Spark, and natural language processing to solve complex data challenges. The position requires a strong foundation in data mining, model training, and big data analytics, with a focus on leveraging AI frameworks to drive business insights and automation.
Duties
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, SAS, R, and Python.
- Lead model training and deployment processes for various AI applications including natural language processing and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Manage large-scale data pipelines utilizing ETL tools such as Talend and Bash (Unix shell), ensuring data quality and integrity across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems using Java, SQL, VBA, and other programming languages.
- Develop database schemas and design scalable database architectures to support big data analytics projects.
- Utilize cloud services like AWS for model deployment and scalable computing resources.
- Conduct data mining and analysis on big data platforms such as Hadoop and Spark to extract actionable insights.
- Implement linked data strategies to enhance data connectivity across diverse datasets.
- Support analytics initiatives using Looker or similar BI tools to visualize data trends effectively.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends including quantum engineering applications relevant to machine learning advancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machine learning, AI development, and model deployment in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, Java, SQL, SAS, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA programming languages.
- Hands-on expertise with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, Hadoop ecosystem tools, and Talend ETL processes.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services for scalable model deployment and data storage solutions.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Solid understanding of database design principles and big data architectures.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker for data visualization purposes.
- Background in quantum engineering or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets using advanced analytics methods.
