Data Scientist – Prachub (Early-stage Startup)

Prachub is an early-stage startup on a mission to make tech interview prep more transparent and accessible. We curate real interview questions, provide in-browser SQL & coding practice, and build community-driven resources across roles like SDE, Data, PM, and more.
We are looking for a founding Data Scientist to join our core team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape both our product and culture from day one.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze user data to uncover insights that drive product and growth decisions.
- Build data pipelines and dashboards to track engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests for new features and growth experiments.
- Collaborate with engineers and products to define data-driven roadmaps.
- Contribute to creating a data-first culture at Prachub.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in data science, analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, causal inference).
- Bonus: experience with LLMs, recommender systems, or NLP.
- A startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, willingness to get hands dirty.
